Solar EnterTech Corp. (SOEN) has signed an interim sales agreement with Shanghai Very Sun Technologies Co., Ltd. valued at $8 million dollars to supply Very Sun with solar cells and modules. As part of the deal, SOEN will manufacture OEM orders on Very Sun’s behalf.
Shanghai Very Sun Technologies Co. is a solar manufacturing and distribution business, formed as an outgrowth between a local university and a state-owned enterprise.
This is very good news for SOEN.
