Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc., manufacturer of the MediPendant™, the first fully-monitored medical alarm system that allows the user to speak and listen directly through the pendant, today announced that it has officially launched its new television and marketing campaign with Harrington Multi Media Marketing, LLC, (HM3) one of the leading producers of infomercials and short form direct television spots. The Companies are moving quickly with the production of the new television commercials and will likely return to nationwide television by the end of next month.
“We are clearly on an accelerated schedule since signing our new marketing relationship with Harrington,” commented Howard Teicher, CEO of Medical Alarm Concepts. “We have recruited a great spokesperson for the new television commercials, scripting is well underway, and shooting in the studio will begin in less than two weeks. As a result, MediPendant™ is expected to be back on the air, offering the patented Personal Emergency Medical Response System (PERS) by the end of November, which is perfect timing to take advantage of the winter season, the most productive selling season for a medical alarm product.”
Under the terms of the recently signed agreement, Harrington will finance and produce multiple television spots and an Internet-based marketing campaign for the MediPendant™. Harrington will be responsible for all of its costs in connection with the marketing of the products. This will include financing all television media and purchasing units from the Company at a pre-arranged price. Medical Alarm Concepts will book all revenue from the joint venture splitting net profits on a 50-50 basis. In addition, the Company has also initiated another marketing program on the Internet with a different organization, which will launch within the next month as well.

Additionally, apart from this new relationship with HM3, we have received a commitment for additional and substantial funds that will enable us to develop more marketing channels for our revolutionary product. We believe we are well on our way to accelerated growth and strong movement of the MediPendant™ in the marketplace.”
A standard PERS system does not enable the user to speak and listen through the pendant, thus limiting them to a small area in their home. There is always the risk that the user will not be heard by the call center operator if they are not within a short range of the base station. MediPendant’s™ patented two-way voice technology enables the user to speak and listen directly through the pendant no matter where the user may be in and around their home.
