The biggest success factor is SkyPostal’s ability to utilize real time GPS coordinates to track and deliver every package from start to finish, but there is another, often overlooked key to the company’s success; experienced management.
SkyPostal’s management team brings extensive experience in sales, operations and, most importantly, a deep understanding of the International postal industry. The team is led by Albert Hernandez, CEO. Hernandez was born in Cuba before emigrating to the United States, and has over 35 years of mail and message delivery service experience. Hernandez graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in marketing, both from Iona College in Rochelle, NY. After leaving college, Mr. Hernandez held several executive level positions in the delivery and logistics industry for such notable companies as Airborne Express and Sky Courier International, until he founded SkyPostal in 2002.
A.J. Hernandez is the CFO of SkyPostal. He has been responsible for all international operations of the company since it was founded, and has been solely responsible for the successful negotiation of all the service provider contracts that SkyPostal currently has in the Latin American and Caribbean areas. Mr. Hernandez achieved his BBA in marketing from the University of North Florida and his MBA in International Business from Florida International University, after a short career playing professional baseball for the California Angels.
