Skinny Nutritional, the exclusive worldwide distributor of Skinny Water, and Lukoil Americas, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lukoil Oil Company(OTC:LUKOY) – one of the leading oil companies in the world – has agreed to a distribution and promotional partnership. The partnership will allow Lukoil to sell all five, great-tasting flavors of Skinny Water in over 120 Philadelphia area stores.
Skinny Water is a zero calorie, zero sugar, zero sodium, and zero preservatives fitness and weight-management beverage for consumers who desire healthier alternatives to the high-calorie, sugar laden and sometimes fat-bloated beverages. According to the company, each beverage is blended with SuperCitrimax® and Chromemate® and offers consumers a variety of formulas that taste great, including Acai Grape Blueberry, Passionfruit Lemonade, Peach mango Mandarin, Raspberry Pomegranate and Goji Fruit Punch.
To initiate the partnership, Skinny Nutritional will be holding a launch event at Lukoil on Delaware Avenue and Spring Garden this Tuesday, May 20th, where the company’s spokesperson, Pat Croce, the Skinny girls and the newly created mascots will be giving away free tanks of gas and free bottles of Skinny Water to all drivers.
Commenting on the partnership, Don McDonald, President of Skinny Nutritional stated, “The partnership with Lukoil is our first major convenience store chain in the Philadelphia region to carry Skinny Water in their stores. As part of our mass distribution plan for Philadelphia, the Lukoil Kwik Farm stores gives us a single serve ‘grab on the go’ cold sale. We will be doing sampling and co-promotions with Lukoil throughout the summer to drive both retail sales and local brand awareness for Skinny Water.”
