Simtrol Incorporated is a developer of innovative device management software for use in the command, control, and monitoring of electronic devices. The company’s products are cutting edge and push effectiveness for electronics users in the workplace and at home. The intelligent solutions the company has brought to the public represents the years of hard work and intelligence of the Board of Directors running the company.
The Chairman of the Board, Dallas Clement, is only 43 years of age, but has already nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field. He started his career with Cox Communications in 1990 and served in a variety of positions including: Policy Analyst, Manager of Investment Planning, Director of Finance, Treasurer, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development. Clement has seen all aspects of a large successful company, and has received two advanced degrees from Harvard and Stanford.
Simtrol is lucky enough to have three directors on the board with more experience than Clement. Oliver Cooper III is the President and CEO of Simtrol and has more than 25 years experience managing high growth technology companies. He has proven his success with public companies by serving as the COO of Manhattan Associates, Incorporated (NASDAQ: MANH), where he watched the company’s successful IPO. Cooper has held multiple senior level management positions in operations, sales and business development at several Fortune 500 companies and is an ideal leader for Simtrol.
Finally Adam Senter and Lee Wilder are both on Simtrol’s board. These two directors have nearly 45 years of combined experience in finance, technology and investments. Mr. Senter spent his first 19 years working for IBM, where he held several positions and was well respected in the technology community. Ms. Wilder was previously an equity research analyst and officer at several companies including Wachovia Securities. Wilder is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has her MBA from Georgia State University.
