Shan Xi Lv Bao Environmental Eco Industry Management Co., Ltd. (EVEH.OB) Positioned to Maximize Chinese Greening

Shan Xi Lv Bao Environmental Eco Industry Management Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Environment Ecology Holding Company of China (EVEH), has the technological expertise to take advantage of China’s mandated “greenland” policy (which says that by 2010 a forest-based vegetative cover rate of 70 percent must be achieved in Chinese cities, with vegetation equivalent to approximately 33 square feet per person). This policy, known as the Urban Residential Community Plan and Design Criteria, anticipates the forestation, or greening, of roughly 4 million square feet per year.

EVEH, with 14 years experience in developing scientific and engineering technology in the realm of urban forestation, design and construction, has acquired a number of new horticultural breeding stocks and developed new technologies to advance these breeding stocks into urban Chinese society. Among these is walnut, favored the Agricultural Ministry of China and the National Forestry Bureau. EVEH leads the green revolution with the highest market share, the largest horticultural base and the most recognized and reliable brand recognition in Northwestern China.

Past and current reforestation projects have met with a 90-percent satisfaction rating, and many of these projects have won national, municipal-level and district-level awards. These award-winning projects include the People’s Building of Xi’an, the Diaoyutai State Hotel in Beijing, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Ministry Square. Altogether, its projects represent more than 32 million square feet of landscape design at a value of nearly $4 million dollars ($30 million Renminbi, or RMB). The environmental advantages to Chinese citizens are incalculable.

China’s economy, which continues to grow at a robust 8-10 percent, anticipates a $150-billion forestation industry by 2020. Three projects, initiated by the state in cooperation with the Green Channel Project, project increasing urban forestation, as does the Beijing Olympics, scheduled for the summer of 2008. These projects provide further impetus for individual forestation, making horticultural supplies and services a “hot ticket” item to increasingly affluent Chinese consumers.

EVEH’s professional design team – which includes sight view designers, in-house designers, plant designers, construction draft designers, water and electricity engineers and budget specialists – provides multi-dimensional services to a wide variety of customers, ranging from residential property owners to industry and government. All members of the team are fully cognizant of the laws and regulations governing site-specific activities and amendments, whether residential or industrial.
