Sector 10, Inc. announced this morning that the acquisition of additional technology and strategic companies would be key in securing its future as a leader in the pre-deployed emergency response market.
Founder and CEO Pericles DeAvila has called a special meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss how to best pursue potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships. Currently, there are three candidates under review. According to Mr. DeAvila, the Board will be very busy over the next few months as the company focuses on positioning itself as a leader in a unique market, not only with sales, but through strategic acquisitions as well.
Sector 10 has been positioning itself in the market for nearly two years with a unique line of products that brings together emergency products, hardware, software, security and an integrated communications system to stand alone in the emergency response market as a true pre-deployed system to save lives the very moment a disaster occurs.
