Mohr, CPA as controller. Ms. Mohr has considerable experience as a controller for companies in the manufacturing and service industries and has implemented internal control structures compliant with Sarbanes Oxley governance. Ms. Mohr will assist in completing the financial reports necessary to apply for reinstatement to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) market.
Ms. Mohr has extensive experience in assisting companies in adopting standard operating procedures for audit practice. Prior to joining S3, Ms. Mohr worked with a major audit firm where she planned, performed and coordinated audits of financial statements of publicly and privately held companies. She also prepared financial statements and related reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, SEC regulations and auditing standards.
Fully committed to reinstatement to the OTCBB market, S3 Investment Company has also engaged an auditing firm to conduct audits of its subsidiary businesses in China as part of the effort to achieve fully reporting status. The OCTBB listing is an important element of S3’s long-term strategy as the company seeks to return value for shareholders through stock price appreciation and potential future stock dividends.
