Reed’s announced today that it has hired David Kane as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kane has over two decades of experience in senior corporate finance as he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for several companies within the distribution, entertainment and marketing industries. He will be responsible for providing financial and strategic leadership, and developing and managing Reed’s growth strategy with the other management of the company.

David’s background in merger and acquisitions and industries such as distribution, entertainment and marketing will be a tremendous resource to Reed’s as we continue to build out our brand, strengthen our financial reporting capabilities and develop the necessary infrastructure to position Reed’s for continued growth. Previously, Mr. Kane served National Lampoon, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. He also served as UCLA Alumni Association’s Associate Executive Director, Left Bank Organization’s Chief Financial Officer, GreatDomains.com’s Chief Financial Officer, Focus Affiliates’ Chief Financial Officer, and as a senior level financial consultant. Mr. Kane holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
