Reed’s, Inc. (OTCBB: REED) reports that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Great State Beverages for distribution of Reed’s soft drinks throughout New Hampshire and eastern Massachusetts.
Great State Beverages will offer Reed’s Ginger Brews, Virgil’s Root Beer, Cream Soda and Black Cherry Cream Soda and China Cola and Cherry China Cola.
Chris Reed, Founder and CEO of Reed’s, stated, “This strategic partnership presents a significant growth opportunity for Reed’s and we are very pleased to partner with such a strong distributor. Great State Beverages is a progressive organization with a great reputation for distributing high quality beverage products in the New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts marketplace. This agreement will expand our reach beyond natural food accounts to mainstream accounts in the New Hampshire and Eastern Massachusetts markets including delis, convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets.
With the completion of our recent initial public offering and the growing awareness of our brand, I am confident that now is the appropriate time to expand our products into the mainstream market place, and Great State Beverages is a great partner to make this happen in the Northeastern United States.”
