RedChip Featured Company: BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (BFNH.OB) Announces New Sales Record for the Fourth Quarter of 2007

BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. was proud to announce that with great overseas distributor sales success, the company set a new sales record of its flagship product, the Nano eNabler, in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Customers are finding that they can use the Nano eNabler for numerous research operations in two primary areas: cell biology and biosensor development. The primary function that the Nano eNabler possesses is the ability to deposit miniscule quantities of biological materials reproducibly, doing it with superb precision. This allows researchers to create novel experimental systems and tests in areas concerning cancer diagnostics, treatment and rapid detection of biological agents.

In the fourth quarter of 2007, 4 out of 5 Nano eNablers BioForce sold were by overseas distributors, totaling eleven being sold to research entities around the world since inception in 2006. In North America alone, eighteen have been ordered in research institutes for a twelve month free trial period, and two have already been counted as sales. Management is optimistic that if not all, most will convert to sales in 2008.

With the company having distributors operating outside the U.S., and building a network of global distributors, the management at BioForce has a positive outlook towards the future believing they will be capable of meeting the needs of the global life sciences market. For 2008, the company plans to increase the number of distributors with whom they already have a working relationship with to expand their geographical coverage.

Kerry Frey, President and COO of BioForce, stated, “We are extremely pleased with the performance of our distribution network overseas. It takes a dedicated effort to sell a specialized product like the Nano eNabler system, but our highly trained distributors have proven up to the task. Additionally, we have done demonstrations in various countries, most recently in Thailand, so that our distributors can show potential clients the Nano eNabler in action. This caters to the scientific communities desire to have hands-n experience of a device before committing research funds toward a purchase.”
