In recent news, the Company provided investors with a recap of the achievements for 2007 as well as its plans for 2008. This year Red Reef plans to pursue revenue from contracts and acquire two revenue producing companies which will give the company a platform to launch its planned Full Service Mobile Emergency Remediation Company.
One of the most notable achievements in 2007 was the company’s refinancing of its Napoleonville, LA real estate and the decision to develop a Medical Research Center. Red Reef removed all liens and bank encumbrances with a $300,000 private mortgage and settled the debts at substantial savings.
According to the press release, a major Chinese wholesale distributor intends to sign a Letter of Intent. As terms of the agreement, the company will conduct field tests on BioClear FF. In conclusion the company stated, “In 2008, Red Reef management, dedicated to building shareholder value, will continue to have our loyal shareholders’ interests in mind.”
