Record First Quarter Results Reported by SMTP, Inc. (SMTP)

Profit before taxes increased 125 percent to $271,425 from $120,655 in the first quarter of 2010. Net income increased 130 percent to $157,361 from $68,385 in the same period a year ago.

SMTP’s record performance is due to several factors. The company’s chairman and CEO, Semyon Dukach, stated, “Our efforts to improve our marketing and support capabilities over the past several months are beginning to pay off with consistent growth across all our customer segments.”
