The studies were conducted in collaboration with Signum Biosciences Inc., Willow’s development partner. The company announced that the studies show that Willow CBG is safe and effective when used on the skin and around the eye area; data indicates the ingredient can act as a more potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory for certain skin applications than plant-derived cannabidiol (“CBD”).
