Puradyn, www.puradyn.com – developer of the puraDYN® bypass oil filtration system, reported record-breaking August sales today. With over $800k in sales, August was the best month the Company has seen since its inception 23 years ago.
Demand for the puraDYN, which offers continuous cleaning of lubricating oil for internal combustion engines, hydraulics and transmission, really picked up throughout 2009 as the call for microfiltration for long operating interval, high oil usage engines in specific industries increased.
President and COO of PFTI, Kevin G. Kroger, attributed the record-breaking sales to this obvious trend as more and more major applications of the Company’s technology find use in industries that operate heavy-duty engines which require massive quantities of oil.
Machinery which must run all day, for up to several weeks at a time, requires frequent oil changes. The puraDYN bypass filtration system is able to offer astounding improvements in oil viscosity via continuous filtering, allowing for safe extension of these oil changes and leading to huge savings (on maintenance costs and increased productivity – savings that can reach thousands of dollars per year per engine).
There has been extremely positive feedback from companies employing the PFTI technology, including a glowing report by a senior division manager within one of these companies who cited the system’s additional contribution to reducing the Company’s carbon footprint company-wide.
Kroger was pleased that industry leaders are continuing to recognize the benefits of the puraDYN more and more, and have come to see the system as a huge boost to both operations and the environment.
Kroger projected an optimistic view of the future for PFTI and its shareholders as the Company aggressively seeks to refine the technology by developing even better filtration capabilities and introducing the technology to new industries that want to reduce their footprint.
