PetroSun announced that it is completing the final review of its Financial Reports and Information Statement with corporate legal and accounting. The reporting periods end June 30, 2007 and will be filed with Pink Sheets by the end of July. After the process is completed, PetroSun will be a fully reporting company.
The company recently announced that it will be demonstrating its Algae-to-Biofuels technology on Monday, August 6th in Auburn, Alabama. The meetings are taking place with the purpose of showing potential customers that the conversion from algae to biofuels is possible on a commercial scale.
