In the event of beginning the process of auditing their financial records, ReelTime Rentals, Inc. has hired the accounting firm of Peterson Sullivan PLLC, to perform the work ranging from ReelTimes inception through year-end 2007. Peterson Sullivan PLLC will be preparing the extensive audited financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Upon completion of the statements, the contract will provide increased and ongoing investor transparency through a Form 211 filing and subsequent voluntary filings of financial statements, as the company remains trading on the OTC Pink Sheets.
