OTCPicks Featured Company: Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (NSOL.OB) – Deep Pockets to the Rescue

The search for the next commercially viable fuel source is going to need high technology types to think on another education plane. For those with a long term perspective, a new fuel will be found and a lot of money will be made. Who finds it, and when, is the question.

Nuclear Solutions Inc., an early stage product and process technology development/research company, works to bring highly technical, unproven, processes and products to commercially viable stages of development. In a letter dated January 21, 2008, Inter-American’s Inc. (IA) announced that it intends to purchase all outstanding common stock of the company. Nuclear Solutions Inc’s’ Board of Directors indicated on January 17, 2008 that it feels that this offer is a sound move for the company. IA indicates that upon approvals the transaction should be complete within 30 days.

The company’s primary focus is in the fuels arena. Nuclear, synthetic and biofuels constitute the company’s primary focus through its subsidiaries Fuel Frontiers, Inc. and Liquidyne Fuels Inc. The company is currently engaged in the development of facilities for the production of alternative fuels through the fermentation process of waste products.

The company continues to search for commercially viable technology oriented fuels as its merger with IA takes place. The mid-year 2007 annual report indicates that the company was running low on development capital and that it needed more to continue operations. Apparently, the company has found the money it needed to continue its race for alternative fuels of one sort or another. It may be closer to the prize then some may think given the $110 million that IA has offered for the company. Where the company actually stands, in its development process, is anyone’s guess, but the payoff for a commercially viable fuel solution is extremely large.
