Mindpix (OTCBB: MNDP) and its management wanted to share with their shareholders the progress updates on their UltraFlex fitness device, and inform them of recent material decisions concerning previously announced press releases.
During 2007, Mindpix was successful in completing a twelve-week UltraFlex fitness and weight loss study, produced and developed workout DVD’s, the production of “Man on the Street” featuring first-time users, signed the 2007 Female Presenter of the Year, Forbes Riley, introduced TheraFlex to the physical therapy and training to physiotherapy associates, acquired testimonials from fitness instructors as well as personal trainers, created a physical therapy training DVD, and introduced new physical therapy and active senior products (TheraFlex) to list a few.
With all those accomplishments, Mindpix has decided not to air UltraFlex commercials in conjunction with Supplements To Go for the Ms. Fitness World Pageant, due to strategic reasons. On November 19th of last year, Mindpix announced that they would be airing two sixty-second commercials during the pageant beginning on New Year’s Day, as it would be aired by Fox Sports News.
Another cancellation was made as the company released itself from the exhibition at the annual Baseball Team Medicine Conference in St. Louis, which was held during January 3-5, of this year. A scheduling conflict made it impossible for their medical division team to attend.
Minpix and its management is looking forward to an eventful and prosperous 2008.
