Bedford Energy, Inc. (OTC: BFDE), announced today that they have come to terms with a settlement regarding their lawsuit with the Wilcox Group, LLC.
As a result of the settlement, Bedford Energy can now return to and recommence their previous activity and completion operations in the Grace Field, located in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, and the further development of the Warren Field, located in Hughes County, Oklahoma.
