Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp., the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, operating its Hotel PURE brand, announced today that the company, along with its business development and finance team, will be returning to the states from talks surrounding a venture of enormous size and potential.
“The plan for what is being discussed was put into motion just over one year ago when testing of the FROL system was implemented in a few of the Day Star Properties’ locations,” stated Ken Chua, President of Oriens Travel & Hotel Management. “At that time, what we hoped for, at best, is nothing compared to what we are now exploring. The impact, both financially and fundamentally, could evolve Oriens exponentially.”
Management suggests, what could be a merger/acquisition, has the probability of delivering as much as $30 Million in assets and immediate cash flows to Oriens. Preliminary discussions with Billion Dollar investment firms have already resulted in suggested capital infusions of roughly $10 Million to Oriens, should a viable transaction emerge; and a greater amount staged out over time on the heels of the initial financing.
Mr. Chua continued, “Given that our prospective relationship is with a private company and the principal too is a very modest and private person, we cannot expose many details at this time. However, the overall probability of success is likely and could occur in short order, should all go well over the next 45 to 60 days. The most encouraging outcome is not simply the diversification of our company – which includes the addition of extremely seasoned and competent management – but the broader positioning of our internet marketing and online booking reservation systems.”
The developing relationship could position Oriens as a primary provider along the entire Central Pacific region of the country, making just this aspect of the company [online booking] a valuable solution for both a rapidly growing destination spot, as well as for those major online booking engine companies who seek an immediate and formidable presence in the region.
