Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp., the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, operating its Hotel PURE brand, announced today that OTHM and Hundley Associates Costa Rica SRL, (“Hundley Associates”), are exploring a Shareholder Excursion to Jaco Beach in support of investor due diligence efforts – furthering Oriens’ transparency initiative.
“The impending merger/acquisition represents a major evolution in Oriens’ history,” stated Ken Chua, President of Oriens Travel & Hotel Management. “We want to share our excitement with shareholders, and what better way to do so than to invite the investment community as a whole, down to Jaco Beach for a short stay with both Oriens’ and Hundley Associates’ management.”
Management has indicated that the suggested shareholder event would include a tour of Daystar Properties’ real estate developments, Hundley Associates current and future projects, a presentation from Oriens’ tech and operational teams regarding the future of the FROL system (Friendly Reservation Online) in Central and South America, and, a celebration of the merger/acquisition. More information regarding the plans for this unique shareholder meeting will be further detailed during the February 14th Shareholder Update.
