Earlier this year, People Magazine featured Hybrid’s All-lithium Smart Car. The magazine reaches over 26 million people a day and was named “Magazine of the Year” by Advertising Age for excellence in editorial, circulation and advertising.
Hybrid Technologies has made many appearances on national television shows and major news networks. Popular Mechanics, The History Channel, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal, CBS, Fox News, NBC, and CNN have all featured the company at least once and a few have featured it multiple times.
In the press release announcing the story, the President of the company stated, “People magazine has a far reaching demographic into the tens of millions. This month alone we received a great acknowledgment from the President of the United States George W. Bush and now PEOPLE magazine. This type of recognition not only helps the company grow but also shows the world that this industry is here to stay. All lithium Smart Car units are produced in Hybrid’s Mooresville plant.”
