Omninet Media.com announced after yesterday’s closing bell that it has entered an agreement to merge with AQUAGOLD International. AQUAGOLD is the owner of the “AQUAGOLD” label of spring water currently being shipped to China and anticipated to enter markets in the South Pacific Region.
In 2005, sales of bottled water in China increased 16% to reach 11.2 billion liters (or $3.17 Billion). It has been estimated that ACQUAGOLD’s China contract alone will bring the company over $500 Million in revenues.
