Obscene Jeans (OBJE) Acquisition Target Initiates Development Talks for New Social Media Platform

Obscene Interactive, subsidiary of Obscene Jeans Corp., today announced that its latest acquisition target, A-Plus Technologies (A-Plus), has commenced talks with SoKap Community Networks Inc. to co-develop a new social media platform.

The two companies are discussing the possibility of the development of a crowd-funding platform called Traktorbeem, which would combine social media with investor sentiment and market trend analysis to help companies raise capital.

Traktorbeem would capitalize on SoKap’s crowd-funding experience and combine it with Obscene Jeans’ and A-Plus’ software and social media expertise.

“SoKap’s crowdfunding platform offers tremendous synergy potential with the social media sentiment analytics software planned for development by Obscene Interactive and A-Plus,” Obscene Jeans CEO Paul Watson stated in the press release. “A platform utilizing social networks and predictive technology could target influencers in the crowd to both raise funds, build brand awareness and sell products.”

Obscene Jeans pointed out that the U.S. House of Representatives recently passed the Entrepreneur Access to Capital Act, which is now under review by the Senate. The legislation may potentially serve as a catalyst for small business and job creation in the U.S. by allowing entrepreneurs to use online resources to crowd source up to $2 million per year in investment capital directly from individuals without having to register with the SEC.

“Obscene Interactive is moving quickly to reach definitive acquisition and licensing agreements with A-Plus and their new partners in order to take advantage of this unique opportunity,” Watson concluded.
