Obscene Jeans Corp. announced yesterday that it has selected Shine Media Corp. to provide product editorial placement, marketing and consultancy for the company’s denim fashion debut.
Under the terms of the agreement, Shine Media will perform public relations and professional services for Obscene Jeans. Shine Media will meet with editors and stylists regarding potential editorials and celebrity placement of OBJE’s debut line. The PR firm will also help organize Obscene Jeans trunk shows, fashion shows and sampling to publicize the brand.
“Shine Media is a major player in the fashion world, and we’re thrilled to have them on our team for the release of Obscene Jeans’ debut line,” said OBJE President and CEO Robert Federowicz. “We’re confident that their services will prove essential to launching Obscene Jeans as a worldwide lifestyle brand.”
OBJE’s new designs will debut in the fall; until then, OBJE will continue to build its global distribution network with plans to take the brand international. Earlier this month, the company announced the formation of a new global strategic profit alliance with Chinese government-licensed importer/exporter Beijing Beautyfresh International Trade Co.
Beautyfresh will be the sole distributor of OBJE-branded products in China and will use its export experience and business contacts to market and distribute OBJE’s forthcoming cosmetic, fashion and beauty products in Greece.
