OBJ Enterprises, Inc. (OBJE) Scouting Out New Partners at SXSW

Today, OBJ Enterprises announced that its executive leadership team will be searching for new game development partners at the SXSW Interactive Festival in Austin, Texas this week. The festival is a premier, five-day event featuring presentations and panels from some of the greatest talent in today’s emerging technologies, unique network opportunities by industry leaders, and several special programs that highlight up-and-coming websites, video games, and startup ideas.

OBJ Enterprises notes that it is an ideal event for it to build key business relationships and strengthen its performance ability in the mobile gaming app industry.

“SXSW Interactive has become the best place in the country to preview the technology of tomorrow today,” said OBJ Enterprises CEO Paul Watson. “We’re here seeking out the cutting-edge of electronic entertainment, from wearable tech to cloud computing and even healthcare breakthroughs. There’s no higher concentration of innovation and investment anywhere in the world this week, and we’re proud to be a part of it.”

OBJ Enterprises has already partnered with a number of up-and-coming gaming studios for the release of new, appealing mobile gaming titles. Last year, the company saw its first revenues from the games Phantasmic, Bluff Wars 2.0, and Creature Tavern. It plans many more title releases this year.

Through its gaming division, Obscene Interactive, OBJ Enterprises seeks to build a strong portfolio of mobile gaming titles with broad consumer appeal and availability across multiple mobile platforms.
