OBJ Enterprises, Inc. (OBJE) Obtains MOU for Licensing Agreement with Corv Studios

Today before the opening bell, OBJ Enterprises announced that it had made further progress in talks over a licensing agreement with the first of a suite of gaming titles developed by Corv Studios. Just this week, both companies reached a memorandum of understanding to produce and publish games for a variety of mobile platforms. The agreement would entail mobile gaming titles being published under OBJ Enterprises’ Novalon Games brand.

The first gaming title that OBJ Enterprises is intending to discuss is Pac-Ball, an engaging game in which players attempt to make their way out of ball mazes. Released by Corv Studios in 2010, the title has earned over 1.5 million downloads in the Apple store and Google Play store. OBJ Enterprises reports that it has identified a number of ways to improve the game’s consumer value and monetization, for even greater market appeal.

OBJ Enterprises released three new games last year, Bluff Wars 2.0, Phantasmic, and Creature Tavern, in 2013. Over the holiday season, Bluff Wars 2.0 received 100,000 installs and even caught the attention of celebrity Mike Tyson, who tweeted about it to his 4 million Twitter follower base.

Via its gaming division, Obscene Interactive, OBJ Enterprises looks to develop mobile gaming titles for the App Store and Google Play store and with broad global mobile consumer appeal.
