Today, Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. announced that its trading symbol has changed from IFDG to NPDT. Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. Chairman, Richard Damion, stated, “We are pleased to have completed the stock symbol change to NPDT. The entire team at Newport Digital is working to bring exciting business-to-business technology solutions to market with our strategic partners.”
The company also recently changed its corporate name to Newport Digital Technologies, Inc., reflecting the company’s commitment to bring world-class technology solutions to five of the fastest-emerging businesses in the technology space, including end-to-end RFID (radio-frequency identification), WiMax, eLearning, Digital Signage/LED Lighting and Security & Surveillance solutions.
“Our further goal is to build our business, our reputation, and our shareholder basis to the point where our Company may qualify for listing on the American or the NASDAQ stock exchange,” Mr. Damion concluded.
