National Health Partners, Inc. (NHPR.OB) Announces First Quarter 2010 Financial Projections

National Health Partners Inc. is a national health care savings organization that provides discount health care membership programs to uninsured and underinsured people through a national health care savings care network called “CARExpress.” CARExpress is one of the largest networks of hospitals, doctors, dentists, pharmacists and other health care providers in the country and is comprised of over 1 million medical professionals.

The company announced today that it expects to generate record revenue and positive cash flow from operating activities during its fiscal quarter ended March 30, 2010 due to the successful launch of several large-scale sales campaigns by its partners. These campaigns to sell CARExpress programs were launched earlier this month and are already generating substantial sales for the company.

National Health Partners expects revenue for the first quarter of 2010 to triple, from the third quarter of 2009, to a record of between $1.5 to $2 million. As a result of the substantial increase in revenue, the company expects to generate positive cash flow from operating activities during the quarter and full 2010 fiscal year. This will represent the first time in the company’s history that it has achieved positive cash flow for a full fiscal quarter and fiscal year.

This looks to be the beginning of what the company hopes to be a long and sustained trend. The CEO of National Health Partners, David M. Daniels, remarked that, “We expect revenue growth to continue to accelerate throughout 2010 as all of our business partners’ sales campaigns are launched and producing at peak levels.”
