National Automation Services Inc. (NASV.PK) Rooted with Solid Board of Directors and Management Team

National Automation Services Inc. offers a broad portfolio of business and technology solutions for industrial market. The company’s mission is to be the premier provider and automation and control system integrator nationwide. It is supported by a strong board of directors and executive guidance.

Thirty-year industry veteran Robert W. Chance has served as NAS’s president, CEO and director since 2007. Chance is also interim chairman of the board, and in 2008 became the company’s CFO. Prior to his responsibilities with NAS, Chance served as chief operations officer of Nytrox Systems and vice president of NAS’s wholly owned subsidiary Intuitive System Solutions Inc., a position he also currently holds. Chance has also held management positions in four Fortune 100 companies including Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell IAC and Fisher Controls International.

Since 2007, Jody R. Hanley has served as a director for NAS, and is one of the original owners and founders of subsidiary Intuitive System Solutions. Hanley has been involved with the daily functioning of Intuitive System Solutions as an officer since April 2001 and is backed by more than 21 years of supervisory and managerial experience, including five years as a project manager and facility maintenance manager for Merck Medco, a Fortune 50 company.

Manuel Ruiz, secretary and director of NAS, is also one of the original owners and founders of Intuitive System Solutions, and has played an active role in its day-to-day operations since 2001. Ruiz has more than 21 years of experience and expertise in PLC system programming and design including process control and electrical engineering. Previous experience includes working for Honeywell, a Fortune 100 Company, for more than two years designing building automation systems and industrial related control projects.

Robert H. O’Conner has served as an independent director of NAS for more than two years. He is currently the sole owner of O’Connor Mortgage and Investment Company (OCMI), which he established in 1981. O’Conner also has business experience in originating real estate and business loans in California. O’Connor has experience developing, building and acquiring commercial and residential properties, and invests in various early-stage companies. Before founding OCMI, O’Connor was with Pacific Gas & Electric for 20 years.
