Nascent announced that it will provide merchandising, promotional and web based route management services to 20th Century Fox. The mass distribution of DVD’s through grocery stores has exploded across Mexico during the past couple years, and provides Nascent with a new line of products to distribute. Nascent’s subsidiary, Grupo Sur Promociones, will provide Century Fox with its GPS system and proprietary field managing software to manage merchandising and Point of Sale material at retail points in different parts of the country.
Sandro Piancone, CEO of Nascent stated, ‘This is an excellent example of the tangible value we have created with our national infrastructure of eighteen distribution centers located strategically in Mexico. In addition to retail distribution, Nascent now distributes products to every grocery store throughout the country of Mexico. Because of this, we are able to accommodate the distribution / marketing needs of fine US companies like 20th Century Fox. We will continue to leverage our distribution assets by adding new products to our ‘supply chain’ on a regular basis.’
