NACEL Energy Corporation (NCEN.OB) Offers Alternative Energy from the Air

We are living on the cusp of a new era. As the world rapidly draws nearer to the close of the fossil-fuel age, it becomes increasingly apparent to investors that the light at the end of the tunnel is in fact powered by renewable energy. One of the most desirable alternative power sources, wind energy, is quickly becoming a focus for those seeking a truly “green” solution to the global problem of resource depletion.

The reasons for this are indeed bountiful. Wind energy is clean, it does not produce greenhouse gases and other pollutants like more traditional sources, and it is extremely cost-competitive with other renewable energies for one simple reason: wind is free. Possibly the most important factor of all is the benefit Wind Energy provides our planet’s eco-system. Running one 1-megawatt wind turbine potentially displaces up to 2,000 tons of carbon dioxide in a single year. To put it into perspective – that’s equal to planting one square mile of forest.

NACEL Energy Corporation (OTCBB: NCEN) is one of America’s first wind energy companies devoted to developing what has been referred to as Community Wind. They have utility-class power generation projects in Texas, Kansas and the Dominican Republic. NACEL made a statement on March 31st announcing the new Texas project (known as the Channing Flats project), which puts the company on track to realizing its output capacity goal of 80 megawatts. That’s enough to fully power 25,000 American homes!

Company President Brian Lavery had this to say: “The Channing Flats power generation project enhances NACEL Energy’s present operations and brings us closer to achieving the Company’s primary goal of developing 80-megawatts of new wind power capacity over a 36 month period, thereby increasing enterprise and shareholder value.”

NACEL Energy Corp. shares have appreciated in value more than sixty percent since the Initial Price Offering on December 10th, 2007. They are dedicated to developing an integral part of the nation’s future infra-structure. Certainly more important than the economic ramifications are the positive impacts that this, and other companies like it, can have on our world. Careful consideration of environmentally-friendly alternatives to traditional forms of energy is not only in our best interest, it’s our duty as citizens of Planet Earth.
