MyECheck, Inc. (MYEC.OB) Announces Agreement with American Science & Surplus

During afternoon trading, MyECheck announced that it has signed American Science & Surplus to its online check service and will be providing the ecommerce retailer with its complete suite of electronic check processing services.

Through this agreement, American Science & Surplus customers will be able to use their checking accounts to pay for merchandise. MyECheck’s patented software is able to debit any U.S. checking account, even those ACH isn’t able to, providing online retailers with financial access to more consumers and businesses at a lower cost than card processing.

American Science & Surplus provides customers with a distinctive mix of industrial, military and educational items, with a primary focus on science and education. They supply a wide range of unusual and hard-to-find items to the hobbyist, tinkerer, artist, experimenter, home educator, do-it-yourselfer, and bargain hunter. Just some of the uses of these items include homemade cars, sculptures, precision instruments, homemade telescopes, costumes, model railroads, window dressings, holiday decorations, and countless science projects.

MyECheck, which offers both RCC and RDC (Remote Deposit Capture) transaction processing facilities, is finding that its Check 21 solution is experiencing rapid growth in the growing e-commerce and electronic payments industries. The company was the first to market this type of service in the multi-trillion-dollar paper check image processing industry, and is using its position to further capitalize on the growing trend of online commerce.
