MRV Communications, Inc (MRVC), a leading provider of products and services for out-of-band networking, announced that the company has established a reseller partnership with industry leader VarData. Under the terms of this agreement, VarData is to sell MRV’s LambdaDriver and Fiber Driver products.
Specifically, MRV partnered with VarData because VarData is focused on reaching key enterprise data center segments. The Company will sell MRV’s WDM platforms in order to meet the needs of customers that require cost-effective backbone networks.
Jeff Coke, president and co-founder of VarData, stated, “The hardware solutions provided by MRV have already paid major dividends for a number of our service provider customers. MRV’s WDM products give us the flexibility to build solutions for our customers that embrace new network technologies and support their legacy implementations.”
