The technology was developed at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL) and the company’s founding scientist, Dr. Glen Southard. MIPSolutions, Inc. is the result of Dr. Southard’s strategy to commercialize the breakthrough technology.
