Micros Report Initiates Coverage on Tactical Air Defenses, Inc. (TADF.OB)

Micros Report released a 10 page research stock report on Tactical Air Defense Services. The company is focused on providing aerial firefighting and air combat training services with intentions to seek contracts for mid-air refueling and other airborne services. The company is certified by the U.S. government as a private-sector contractor and has been given required security clearances.

Tactical Air Defenses is uniquely position as it is currently the only company with a fleet of Soviet ILyushin aircraft in the nation. The Ilyushin aircraft are the only planes purposely designed for aerial firefighting and are renowned for their superiority to other aircrafts. Because of the rising forest fire crisis in the Western U.S. and the unique capabilities of its ILyushin aircraft, Tactical Air Defenses has much potential to capitalize on the growing market.

The United States and its allies cannot meet present and future threats without the support of the private-sector, and Tactical Air Defenses is the only private-sector contractor that can effectively fulfill these unique needs. The company is in active negotiations with state and federal agencies to provide firefighting services and has also been approached by water bombing aircraft operators to assist in fulfilling their existing contracts.

Tactical Air Defenses is also well positioned in the air combat training market and is currently working on developing a contract from the U.S. Department of Defense to deliver air combat training and support. Neither the U.S. Department of Defense nor its allies have sufficient training, support equipment or personnel to meet demand.

The analyst who completed the report stated, “TADF expects to have their first IL-76 earning revenues by Q1 2008. The company also expects to add additional revenues each remaining quarter of the year by bringing an additional aircraft on-line to total 4 tankers earning revenues by Q4 2008. Through this plan, TADF management projects 2008 full year revenues to total roughly $29.7 million and profits to come in around $10.2 million.”
