Mega Media Group, Inc. (MMDA.OB) Radio Station Estimates Listeners at 450,000+ Per Week

Mega Media Group, Inc.’s subsidiary, Pulse 87 FM, announced today that its audience has surpassed the 450,000 listener milestone. The number is based on certain estimates and internal projections. According to the company, Pulse will be rated under the Arbitron PPM system, which is expected to be launched in New York later this year.

For the month of May, Pulse 87’s web portal saw over 60,000 visits, 19 million hits and more than 125,000 live streaming sessions. The website, www.Pulse87.com, was re-launched in May to attract a target audience ranging in age from 18 to 49.

Mega Media’s CEO Alex Shvarts commented, “Pulse 87 is a new multi-cultural voice for the New York tri-state area. After three months we are quite pleased with the reaction our format is generating; we are striving to attain a much larger audience by the September roll out of PPM. Only PPM is able to provide us with this data on this new voice in the market.”

Shares of MMDA.OB increased by over 26% in early morning trading, and continue to experience an abnormally high volume of more than 612,000 traded shares.
