Medical Care Technologies Inc., a development stage company that operates private children’s health clinics in China, has recently announced that its subsidiary ReachOut Holdings Ltd. has accepted and signed a six year operating lease in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. This new location will serve as the company’s very first flagship children’s health and wellness center.
The new center will expand over approximately 4,000, out of 1,000,000 buildable, square feet of prime commercial space located in the Zhong Xin Commercial Plaza Building, also known as Citic Commercial Plaza, in the Dongguan’s Dongcheng District.
The location will benefit from the proximity to the plaza’s national banks; for example Dongguan Securities, The Industrial Bank Co., high-end restaurants, and a vast amount of amenities, which include abundant parking spaces.

The new premises will undergo renovation as a cutting-edge children’s healthcare facility. Renovations are slated to begin in the upcoming weeks.
