Utah-based Lyfe Communications Inc. is a technology leader in the development of next-generation media services integrating television, high-speed internet and enhanced voice services.
The company today announced that it will form a new advisory board on July 1st comprised of leading media and cable industry executives. These executives are Lynne Constantini, Brian Kelly, David Berman and PK Ramani. All of these executives have a proven track record in highly competitive content licensing, distribution and broadband services markets.
Here is a brief overview of each executive:
Lynne Constantini served as executive vice-president of affiliate sales and marketing at Scripps Network Interactive where she led distribution and related deal flow for content. Prior to Scripps, she was chief business affairs officer at Time Warner Cable where she set the strategy for technology partnerships and commercial negotiations. She was also the senior vice-president of programming responsible for the acquisition of content for distribution on multiple platforms.
Brian Kelly recently served as chief marketing officer for the east region of Time Warner Cable and also as president of the company’s Carolina region. Prior to serving in these roles, he was senior vice-president of marketing and sales for Time Warner Cable corporate.
David Berman has held senior executive and board positions at CBS, PanAmSat, SmartJog and Major League Gaming. He created global distribution networks for many of the world’s leading media companies: MTV, CNN, CNBC. BBC, ART and NHK. In addition, Mr. Berman has advised the world’s leading media companies on changes in strategic direction.
PK Ramani joins the Advisory Board from RCN, where he served as chief services officer and senior vice-president of sales and customer satisfaction. Prior to his stint at RCN, he was the general vice-president of customer operations at Primestar.
