Learning Quest Technologies, Inc. (CIIV.OB) Changes Company’s Name & Trading Symbol

Learning Quest Technologies has changed its name to China Infrastructure Investment Corporation, effective immediately. The new name reflects the company’s current business and growth plans, which focus on promising infrastructure investments in Henan Province, China. The company has also changed its trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board from LQTI.OB to CIIV.OB.

Currently, the company operates a 106-kilometer, dual carriageway, four-lane toll road, the Pingling Expressway, in the Henan Province in China, which they acquired earlier this year. The company’s revenues are derived principally from tolls on this expressway.

Mr. Li Xipeng, Chairman and CEO of China Infrastructure Investment Corporation, stated, “Since completion of the reverse merger in February, we have begun to narrow our focus on the numerous additional opportunities available for participation in projects that provide the needed infrastructure for continuing growth in China and in Henan, in particular, its most populated province. These include investments in the construction or purchase of the most promising expressways, thermoelectricity, water supply and sewage treatment facilities. We remain very optimistic about our growth potential, and our improved ability to finance this growth with our shares now trading in the US.”
