KANA Software, Inc. (KANA.OB), a world leader in multi-channel customer service, announced that it expects their third quarter total revenue to exceed total quarterly revenue that was reported during the past 15 respective quarters.
KANA expects to the company’s record revenue to range between $16.3 million to $16.7 million for the third quarter ending September 30, 2007. Whereas total revenue was $13.4 million in the prior quarter, these new revenue forecasts represent company growth of more than 21%. Furthermore, these revenue numbers are indicative of an increase of over 23% when compared to the third quarter 2006 revenue numbers of $13.2 million. In addition, the Company expects continual reporting of license revenue to range between $5.6 million to $5.8 million, representing sequential growth surpassing 59%.
