Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) Announces Plans for US Distribution

Joytoto USA Inc. (JYTO.OB) announced that it is in the final stages of developing its US online distribution website, www.playolive.com. The company’s new site will be used to market its latest online games licensed through the North American Master License Agreement with Joyon Entertainment Co., Ltd. The agreement will allow Joytoto to distribute up to 24 online game titles from Joyon’s warehouse of games.

Joytoto has an existing portal, www.olivegame.com, which is focused on distribution within Korea. The company’s new website will be tailored to meet the needs of US consumers. “Pang Pang Terrible”, a first-person shooter game, will be the first game scheduled for release and distribution on www.playolive.com. “Pang Pang” is geared towards younger players with a minimized level of violence and has various levels of role playing scenarios. The game has had been widely successful in the Korean market and the company anticipates the same level of interest in the US.

Joytoto plans to officially activate the site during the third quarter of 2008. The next wave of games for release on the new US website include additional first-person shooter (FPS) games, Massive Multiple Online Role Playing Games (MMORPGs), casual games, board games, and sports games. Joyon’s current warehouse of online games has generated more than $100 million in the Asian market.

Along with its online gaming business, Joytoto USA Inc also has an electronic products and components segment. The segment consists of a virtual original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and an original design manufacturer (ODM) of consumer electronics for retailers worldwide. The company is an exclusive supplier of Best Buy’s in-house Insignia Brand of MP3 players. As technology continues to develop, the company plans on expanding its manufacturing to other electronic devices, including GPS, LCD screens, and other digital media peripherals.
