Joytoto USA Inc. (OTCBB: JYTO) engages in online games and electronics manufacturing businesses, two sectors that continue to grow with new advances, features and products that cater to a technological generation.
Joytoto USA, subsidiary of Joytoto Co. Ltd., is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of digital consumer entertainment devices. The company stated that it will narrow its focus solely to Retailer’s House Brand (RHB) products. According to Euromonitor, RHB market share for consumer electronics is only 0.6 percent; as other consumers stretch toward 25 percent market share, Joytoto is targeting the growth opportunity to take advantage of the market.
One such device the company plans on distributing is the Insignia Pilot 6GB video MP3 player with Bluetooth technology, which features a 2.4” high-resolution LCD color display and supports MP3, WMA, WMA Lossless, JPEG and many other formats. The 8GB internal flash storage allows users to hold MP3 files, photos and videos. Insignia also has a built-in digital FM tuner with 20 presets and features a Secure Digital card slot for added memory capacity.
Joytoto Technologies Inc. intends on distributing MP3 products, and other electronic devices to electronics giant BESTBUY. The division also plans on delivering its MP3 players to Reigncom Korea while pursuing other potential customers for distribution opportunities.
