Neah Power Systems, Inc. (NPWS.OB), a leading developer of fuel cells for military application and portable electronic devices, announced that the company has elected Mr. Joseph R. Bronson to their Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Bronson will be responsible for advising Neah Power’s management.
Presently, Mr. Bronson is President and Chief Operating Officer of Sanmina-SCI Corporation (SANM), a leading electronics manufacturer. Prior to his role with Sanmina, Mr. Bronson served as the President and Director for FormFactor, Inc. (FORM), a manufacturer of high performance advanced semiconductor wafer cards. Mr. Bronson was also employed by Applied Materials (AMAT), fulfilling various senior level operations management positions concluding with Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
