Inherent risk is a consideration with any newer venture. It is, in fact, the basis of the market system. The idea is there and sounds feasible, but there is little to base success on past some initial testing. Doing the due diligence and working to make the idea come true is the road to success. Finding a company that is willing to do the work for the reward is one of the best ways to find profit.
Ireland Inc., a development stage mining and development company, works to extract industrial and mineral grade ore from the Southwestern US. The company currently has options and mining properties in Nevada and California.
Although the company has rights and options to several other sites, along with hundreds of other mineral claims, it has chosen to focus a majority of its attention on its 100-percent owned Columbus, Nevada property. In this regard, the company has recently received a favorable water control ruling from the state. The ruling, granted by the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection, will essentially allow the company to expand its production operations at the site tenfold, to an estimated 790,000 tons per year. This ruling will also, in effect, allow the company to extend the life of the mine to 11 years. To take advantage of this ruling, the company expects to have a 30-tpd processing unit in place by the end of the year.
Although the company has opportunities available at other sites, it is giving its Columbus property full exploratory attention. For the most part, this choice was made because of testing and the fact that the Columbus basin in Nevada has yet to be fully defined for its mineralization. Although mining by nature has an inherent risk associated with it, determining full potential of the site needs to be performed before new opportunities can begin.
As the company begins to establish a footprint at its Columbus location, it will begin a drilling program to flesh out these options at surrounding testing and development locations. Ireland Inc. was established to take advantage of the currently thriving industrial and mineral-mining market segment. As prices continue to remain strong, the company will likely see a solid source of revenue for the foreseeable future.
