Diguang International Development Co., Ltd. disclosed today that it plans to participate in the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF). The CHTF will run from Nov. 16-21, taking place at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. DGNG will hold a press conference the day the fair opens (at 14:00 pm China time) regarding emerging LED TV technology, and how the Company will grow the LED market to $100 billion.
DGNG has a well-developed relationship with its family of subsidiaries, whereby it develops and manufactures cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFL’s), and light emitting diodes (LED’s) as backlighting elements for thin film transistor (TFT) and LED products. Such backlighting is a light source for liquid crystal displays (LCD’S), but the technology has applications throughout many different kinds of technology products, from digital cameras to home appliances. DGNG also has a small but lucrative foothold in energy-saving technologies for products associated with its general field of operations.
The No.1 Technology Show in China, CHTF incorporates the entire spectrum of technological and technical advances, covering exhibitions, trades, investment projects, forums and communication. With speeches from Nobel Prize winners, ministers, national leaders, and over 400 industry leaders, including CEOs of multinational corporations, the CHTF brings together the cream of the crop and has over 500,000 visitors annually. Organizations and companies from 50 countries will descend on Shenzhen for the CHTF, where they will showcase technology and products that collectively represent a trade volume in excess of $13 billion.
DGNG will make a big showing at the CHTF, offering its very latest 19-24” ultra-thin backlight LED monitors, 19-47” TV’s based on the same technology, and liquid crystal modules. Also on display will be their lighting systems including LED grid, spot, lamp cup, and T8 light tubes. The DGNG booths will be 3135-3138, and will be located in Hall 3 during the FPD & LED EXPO.
DGNG CEO, Mr. Song Yi, expressed his delight over the upcoming CHTF participation and said he looked forward to “interacting with both domestic and global partners and educating exhibition attendees about our high-tech LED innovations”. Yi went on to say that this opportunity to show their products at the “largest exhibition for China’s flat panel display industry”, was the perfect time to show how DGNG’s products dovetailed exceptionally with the “LED Expo’s emphasis on energy-efficient and green products”.
Yi also noted that DGNG had invested substantial time into developing radiation-free, energy-saving products and said that “our continual efforts on developing environmentally friendly and energy saving technological innovations will become a major growth driver in the future”.
