Lewis W. Moorehead, CPA will now be Intelligentias’ Chief Financial Officer. The CEO of Intelligentias, Ian Rice, is delighted to have Mr. Moorehead on the senior management team because he brings a strong financial background, public company experience and strong leadership skills. He believes that Mr. Moorehead’s expertise will be a significant asset as Intelligentias becomes a global leader in the data-intelligence market.
Mr. Moorehead has held many senior positions within the corporate sector and accounting profession. Before he joined Intelligentias, he was a Vice President for American Express. From 2004 to 2005 he co-founded & Moorehead PLLC, an internal controls, accounting and financial reporting consulting firm providing services to public and private companies.
The new Chief Financial Officer is excited to join Intelligentias in such an exciting time of their development. He is captivated by Intelligentias’ unique position in the high-growth Homeland Security market.
