Intelligence Expert Joins PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. (PSSR.OB)

PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. announced yesterday that Mr. Richard L. Haver has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Haver will soon retire as Vice President for Intelligence Programs, Northrop Grumman Corporation. Before joining Northrop Grumman, he was the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Mr. Haver was a Vice President at TRW in 1999-2000, before joining the Bush Administration Transition team and then assuming his Defense post. He joined TRW after a 34-year career in the Federal Government, specializing in Intelligence operations. He began as a Naval Aviator flying reconnaissance missions in the Western Pacific during the Vietnam War. He then served as an Anti-Submarine Warfare analyst in Naval Intelligence before becoming the Technical Director of the Naval Ocean Surveillance Information Center and the Operational Intelligence Office.

He was appointed the first civilian to serve as the Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence. In 1989 he moved on to the office of the Secretary of Defense, as Special Assistant for Intelligence, before moving to the staff of the Director of Central Intelligence as Deputy for Community Affairs. He served as the Damage Assessor in numerous espionage cases. Before retirement from the government, he served as the Chief of Staff of the National Intelligence Council and National Intelligence Officer for Information Operations.
