Intelimax Media, Inc. wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. John Buttedahl as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Michael Young, President, CFO and Director of the Company has stepped down as CEO to allow for John’s appointment.
Mr. Buttedahl joined Intelimax in February 2013 as a Director and head of the Company’s marketing and development strategies. John brings over 20 years of sales and business management experience, working as a Consultant and Director in a variety of high volume industries. John has extensive experience in Internet marketing and implementing strategies to increase both customers and revenues.
His career highlights include:
– Business Development consultant for iGaming Software responsible for signing VIP I-gaming licensees and special software, merchant processing and special projects.
-Sales & Marketing consultant for gaming, merchant processing, finance, telecom and health & fitness companies responsible for developing more efficient business processes that enabled marked increase in revenues where he achieved daily sales volumes in excess of $100,000 USD.
John attended The University of British Columbia and Carleton University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.
Intelimax also wishes to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to a certain Director and Officer of the Company to purchase up to 250,000 common shares of the Company pursuant to a shareholder approved Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before May 28, 2018 at an exercise price of $0.18 per share.
